"The things a man has heard and seen are the threads of life, and if he can pull them carefully from the confused distaff of memory, any who will can weave them into whatever garments of belief please them best."

  6. Dear Singe, I heard an interview with you today on WAMC "The Book Show" I was so glad to hear you mention the Celts. I am Scottish and know that from the dawn of time to today mythes and fairies have played an important role in our culture. Robert Burns' Tam O'Shanter is one such tale with its roots based in ancient tradition as is Samhain and Hogmanany. I look forward to your book. I will tell you that I lost my second husband to a brain tumor. As I stood next to my soon to be new husband, also a Scot-we were married on the Summer Solstice- as he put the ring on my figure, I heard my late husband's voice in my ear and he told me that he could go now to Tara, as I was safe. At that moment a butterfly sat on my shoulder, the trees blew in a wind that was not there. The butterfly circled our heads and flew away and a ray of sunshine hit our hands. Yes there are more things in Heaven and Earth then we perceive. Good luck with your book, Dame Anne Macpherson, DKJ, Knights Templar, Grand Priory of the Scots. Will look for you on face book
